MENOPAUSE CLINIC

I am delighted to now be running the Menopause Clinic @ St Martin's. This is a more tradition prescribing clinic where we can explore HRT and other treatments. You do NOT have to be a patient at St Martin's GP surgery to come to this clinic.

From endometriosis to menopause, contraception to PCOS and everything in between I can offer a way to manage women's health issues effectively and safely.

For lots of women HRT has been an absolute life saver and current evidence is that for most women it is a safe, effective choice. However there are heaps of other (evidence based) strategies available, both to help you avoid HRT (if that's your wish) or to complement it. In which case you might prefer my Lifestyle Medicine clinic at the Neroli Clinic. 

Our 40s and 50s are often the time when we need to start taking our general health more seriously too and I can help guide you though some of the changes you might want to make to improve not just your hormonal health but the rest of you too.
